Wonderful, cozy and accommodating

Pros: I love how easy it is to find, how clean it was, the amenities, the breakfast and how kind the staff are

Cons: If i wanted to go somewhere that’s right across the road it’s a bit of a walk. That’s all.

Pros: We stayed here for one night before an early flight from JFK, and the location was convenient- about a 30-minute drive to the airport. Perfect if you're traveling by car and need a simple stopover. The hotel offers valet parking for $41 per day, which is on the expensive side, but you can also drive around and look for a free spot on the street. The breakfast was okay, with enough to start the day. Overall, a practical choice for a short stay near JFK.

Pros: The staff were extremely nice and helpful 24/7! We were pleasantly surprised to get our room much earlier than expected, without even asking. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nice small shopping center, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, the beds and room were very comfortable, and most importantly—it was very clean!

You need lots of improvements. Even though this is three star hotel. But still I willing to stay in.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Pros: We stayed here on the last night of our NYC trip as we had an early morning flight to catch out of JFK. this location was perfect, check in was extremely smooth and quick, rooms are decent sized, beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean, toiletries all provided. Towels could have been fluffier but that's neither here or there.. the best part was it was right across from a variety of halal restaurants which made it easy to just walk across and grab dinner. Breakfast was decent amd the waitress was extremely nice and helpful.

Cons: No electric kettle in the room for tea and the coffee machine was very dusty from outside and inside which was a put off. There were no toasts to go with the eggs. Only bagels which we found weird.

Would stay again!

Pros: Very clean. Staff were friendly. Close by to stores and supermarkets

Cons: Lack of tea kettle at the hotel. Only bagels were served at breakfast, no toast/bread option available. Be careful of the fridge as it freezes anything you put in there for more than a few hours.

close to JFK airport

Pros: nice room with nice people close enough to the jfk airport

Cons: no parking and i had to pay for valet parking..

Overall, I rate my stay 5 out of 10.

Pros: The property was located in a very quiet place, it was clean and private.

Cons: The room was very cramped, a bit too small. The breakfast was the same processed pre-cooked menu and sugary drinks from the fountain. Not very good for one’s health.

On the whole, it is neat hotel. Helpful and friendly lstaff. I will consider visting again.

Pros: Poridge and cereal selection was good. But did not like cold boiled egg and omlet with cheese. Add banana in the fruit basket. Muffins should be changed not same for everyday. The waffles mix was good. I did not like the port sausages. You may add fresh sauteed vegetables for not meat oe salami lovers.you may add chobani greek yogurt also. Tea and coffee is good. I found one attending staff in the breakfast room friendly and helpful. The other, a bit rude in her demeanor.

Cons: I liked porridge. But it was not served everyday. The toaster took long time for toasting. The plastic plates and spoons at breakfast should be replaced. They look very cheap for the hotel. The muffins are served same and it was boring. The brown sugar served was too hard to pick. You may also add fat free milk for the cereal.

Pros: Breakfast was good even though I only made it down twice during my stay. I'm a night owl so not usually awake to enjoy it.
