Pros: The neighbourhood felt safe, the location is close to highways, public transit, and restaurants . The parking was free and so was breakfast. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Cons: I didn't like that you are unable to access the stairs from the parking lot, you have to wait for the elevator which is extremely slow.

Pros: Great breakfast for my family for 4 nights. I asked for water drainage repair but they kindly fixed it quickly. I recommend this hotel for those who visit Queens.
