Convenient location, comfortable but aging property

Pros: Location for my trip was good. Staff were very nice and helpful generally.

Cons: Very tired, in desperate need of refurbishment. Noise from bathroom fanlight was excessive, fixtures rusty and need replacing. Paint peeling around bathtub. Bed comfortable but sheets didn’t tuck in. There’s no handle on the outside of the door to the balcony, just odd. My coffee machine didn’t work and after I had reported this it took 2 days to fix.

Very good stay for the purpose.

Art Deco style that was very pleasant and good value.

Pros: An Art Deco style that works very well and the staff were helpful and attentive .

Cons: Minor critic , because they use sheets and blankets and the bed seems to be a little short. I’m 6’0 and it was quit tight …but other than that , loved it .

Pros: The location, nice hotel, most of the staff were nice, let extend check out with no additional fee

Cons: The heating didn't work well, we told the staff several times and nothing was done about it. Part of the stuff in the front desk were not very helfull

Friendly environment, good facilities and close to everything you would need.

Pros: Excellent welcome with great valets and efficient and friendly front desk. Room was spacious and well decorated.

Cons: A little noise from the train - double glazing helped but did not eliminate.

Great location; near Great Neck train station. About 40 minutes into New York

Pros: Great location, in the center of Great Neck, just 3 min walk from the train station connecting to Penn Station. Our room was spatious and event though the windowns were to the main street it was quiet at night.

Cons: There was a complimentary brakfast on Friday but on Saturday we had to pay for it.

Cozy, quiet and safe

Pros: The hotel was decorated in a more American style than I remember, with clean and simple rooms, super-fast Wi-Fi, and awesome air conditioning. You can park your car here for a fee or find street parking nearby. It's only a 15-minute walk from the metro train station, so getting to Flushing and catching the US Open is really convenient. The breakfast is basic but fine. The staff is amicable and helpful. I would consider staying here again next time.
