Perfect place to enjoy Chinese foods with our relatives in Flushing

Pros: Location and some of the staff were excellent. Place is tidy and spacious.

Cons: The fan/heating was on the noisy side and the housekeeping didn’t tidy as well as she could - (left one bed unmade?). Also there wasn’t sufficient supply towels nor a water kettle. But we asked and got some more towels. The hot water we just needed to get ourselves downstairs.

Simple & efficience

Pros: Localisation close to the metro Size of the room perfect

Cons: Beds mattresses too soft and breakfast unworthy of the Hyatt brand. The powdered eggs are only eggy in color, and there's not much choice, which is a pity.

Pros: Very friendly staff! Great breakfast; excellent choice, very nice setting and nice real mugs (not plastic). By far nicest hotel breakfast we have had in the US.

Pros: Located in queens China town, close to 2 shopping malls and many, many Asian restaurants. The staff was helpful. They sent the complimentary shuttle to pick us up from the airport in about 30 minutes after we called. The room is big, clean, with all you need. Deposit 35 usd. Breakfast included, good, with Asian options.

Cons: You couldn’t open windows at all. No free water.

Pros: The Suit was very specious and clean. Enough to accommodate family. Hotel is near by Shopping Mall.

Cons: Location is far from Downtown Manhattan could be costly when you have frequent visits to other parts of downtown.

Pros: We only stayed for one night so difficult to comment fully. Our experience was good. Staff were helpful with easy check in and called a cab for us to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was great.
