Good memory in Rye

Pros: People working are nice. Good access to the parking lot because there are a few doors and can choose closest door. Could you use microwave. Overall enjoyed our stay at Marriott.

Cons: Bed sheets are not so clean. Main elevator was out of service so we choose sub elevator which was ok.

Good hotel

Pros: Great location side door access great to grab a smoke and access parking lot

Cons: Nothing nice hotel

I would stay here again. I had trouble booking on my Marriott/Bonvoy account, it was double the price so Thank you B

Pros: It’s away from busy streets, but tucked away from a major road & highway. Aesthetically pleasing in and out. Most comfortable sofa bed I ever slept on!! (The other Marriott I went to had poor quality bed -sinking hold in middle and springs poking your back on sofa bed) so this place was a WIN! For our family

Cons: Was unaware of the parking fee until arrival, my fault. The good is that there is a restaurant open at certain times-but can be a bit pricey. If it was available all day or more options I wouldn’t mind the high prices to cover the menus variety and extended hours. We had two rooms, joined (king + sofa bed) for both but only one had sofa bed. If we were with friends it would be awkward but we managed to get to proper sleeping arrangements with children since this stay was family. I wasn’t in a mood to make any changes with what was booked (I thought I got 1king and sofa per room but when I got there it wasn’t same) but I am Just thankful to go to a comfortable bed!

Pros: Extremely helpful front desk staff (Patti) who went above and beyond to assist with a glitch we had with the reservation.

Cons: The first room we were assigned smelled badly, but the staff were very responsive and reassigned us to a different room

I would stay again just not eat there food needs a big upgrade for the prices you charge.

Pros: Everything was great except for the person working the breakfast counter Sunday morning. If you don’t want to work with people don’t get a job in hospitality. He had a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there and was not very helpful I asked a question about the breakfast sandwich and his remark was did you read the menu and said no because nobody gave me a menu they were shoved in a gap next to the register and not out for people to see and another guest had an outburst minutes later and the manger came out and handled the situation and sent him in the back. Also you breakfast was not worth $80.00 I could have went out to a restaurant for less and had better quality food and service.

We had a great time and we loved how clean the room was!

Pros: Nice but I wish it was closer to the main part of town because the walk from here to there did not seem safe so we drove

Pros: Perfect location for our New Year’s event! The room we were in was very clean, we had comfortable beddings and also, spacious.

Pros: Good location, just off I95. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Great location for an overnight after seeing a concert at The Capitol Theater.

Cons: The room had been heavily treated with a room freshner or something. Very powerful and unpleasant smell. Also disappointed the EV chargers were not working.

Pros: Very clean, well decorated, friendly staff, nice Starbucks, close to where we were going for an event

Cons: Small room, small bathroom, expensive for a one night stay

Pros: loved the room location. very quiet except when the train rolled by.

Cons: usage of space. Need something with drawers for those staying more than one night. Also some shelves in the bathroom for daily items.
