Delamar Greenwich Harbor

I would stay again.

Pros: The quietness, Staff was superiior I only felt that the cost of the room although very well located, having good amenities, etc was a little over priced for the overall experience. I speak here mostly from the room perspective. All other aspects were perfect.

Cons: Nothing in particular

Cons: Honestly, everything was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable and (as mentioned above) the staff was fantastic.

An elegant hotel with wonderful staff and service

Pros: Classy carpets and art. Wonderful restaurant downstairs.

Cons: No soap for the shower Banging pipes(?) , high pitched noise on 3 occasions above our room, heard people talking through the walls

The Delamar is delightful!

Pros: A convenient walk to downtown, the Bruce Museum and quaint neighborhoods and parks. The continental breakfast was delightful; all day coffee from a fabulous machine. The lobby was comfortable and inviting and the walk around the waterfront was lovely.

Cons: There was a barking puppy in a room nearby.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend in this beautiful hotel. Food was excellent and staff was great with one exception.

Pros: Beautiful property, excellent restaurant, lovely room with balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and train.

Cons: Mattress felt a bit uneven- not quite up to par, but not impossible. We were promised a rollaway bed and they forgot to send it up and then one desk clerk tried saying they didn’t have any at 11:30 pm when we arrived back from our party. However 2 more calls to the front desk and another clerk produced it.

Pros: Alles. Hatte die Harborview Suite mit Balkon. Wunderschön Aufgewacht.

Cons: Wärmedämmung der Fenster. Im Sommer kein Problem. War mal im Winter da. Habe gefroren.

Great hotel, but a little pretentious and overpriced.

Pros: The location was convenient to get to the Bruce Museum and Greenwich avenue shops and restaurants. They gave you water and Prosecco on arrival, coffee and warm beverages all day and continental breakfast in the morning. The room was well equipped and luxuriously decorated. Harbor views were nice.

Cons: The service was a little lacking, especially at the restaurant on site l’escale where we had dinner. The food was excellent but the hostess especially did not make us feel welcome. The bathroom needed some maintenance, the countertop was separating from the backsplash and the shower curtain was missing some hooks. Also, our room had a balcony, which we really liked and spent a lot of time on, but it was on the second floor right above the restaurants outdoor area. The awning was an eyesore.

Cons: Breakfast could have better fruit and fresh danish and muffins. I ordered a queen room but bed was small, I should have ordered a queen.
