I had a good time

Pros: The location was just perfect for the purpose of my coming to NYC

Great value for money

Pros: The place was spotless and incredibly well located (a few blocks from Grand Central and the UN).

Cons: The staff was quite rude and unprofessional.

Great location, clean, well priced.

Pros: The hostel is at a great location, walkable to subway stations and lots of sights. The room was clean, new, with a good shower and comfy bed. The rooftop is really cool, too bad I found out about it towards the end of my stay. There is breakfast: sweet pastries and coffee/tea. Its not really healthy, but a good way to start you day without spending 22 dollars for a small breakfast elsewhere.

Cons: The entire front desk staff had this gen-z 'I'm too cool and too important to care' vibe. Especially the blond guy. When I asked if maybe he could turn the light on in the lobby (so you wouldn't have breakfast in the dark), I got rolling eyes and a dismissive 'sure'. Perfect hotel for its price if they'd change out the front deks staff with people who would care a bit more.

We got our room at a great price and it felt great value for money - wish we could have stayed more than one night.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable and I liked the small bit perfectly formed room - felt like they’d thought of everything.

Cons: We wanted store our luggage and left before any staff arrived. We left it anyway and they didn’t mind but it would have been reassuring to have that service face to face.

Great place to stay to visit NYC

Pros: Position , very close to public transport and some of most famous NY attractions

Cons: Breakfast should be more variable in terms of products but there is a grocery store right next to the hotel

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was small but it never was a problem. Efficiently laid out. The bathroom and shower were quite spacious also. One of the best hotels in midtown

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and they have croissants and coffee/teas out in the morning to enjoy. The staff managed to move us to a slightly larger room for our last 2 nights which was kind and a much better space.

Cons: The rooms are SMALL, I underestimated how small they actually would be and found it very claustrophobic. As you walk in the room it is 1 step to a bed and that is it, the bathroom is in a side cupboard in the room. There is no full length mirror or anywhere to get ready in the room, you have to get ready on the bed. I should have researched location better so that is my fault but it’s a good 20 minute walk to Times Square but super close to grand central so good transport links.

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing,very easy to get around to alot of places,the staff are very nice,i didn't see them much as was out most of the time 😊😊

Cons: I know lifts make some noise etc.... the door 🚪 on the lift needs looking at,it was Quite loud when opening and closing,kind of like something was obstructing the doors mechanical parts and it woke me up a couple of times,I know some might think im being really picky.... but thats what reviews are for arent they,other than that everything was absolutely fine at Little Charlie's 😀

Little Charlie is the place to be ! I enjoyed myself being there and I will definately come back

Pros: City centered, clean, rooms are beautiful and spacious , bed are comfortable and clean

Snug as a bug

Pros: The room was snug but there was nothing wrong with that. The location was great for exploring the north of the City.

Cons: Somehow, not sure how, it needed a little more storage. Especially if wet out you would struggle not to get everything wet.
