Location slightly out of the centre, but easy to get to and very handy for The Cheesecake Factory (highly recommended although choosing was difficult as the menu was like a book) and Westchester Mall

Pros: Because my visit was a mental getaway, this was the perfect hotel I appreciate there is no entering room/housekeeping, only done upon request. Walking distance to the main mall, whole foods and restaurants Front desk was friendly

Cons: No early check in (or feedback) despite my online booking request Complimentary breakfast wasn't added to my package during booking, but luckily the hotel is accommodating and you can still participate. Upon entering the breakfast area I was greeted by a middle age man with glasses,, who pulled out a piece of paper while asking for my room number, which I explained I'm not on the list and breakfast should be billed to my room. Seems from that point on I was watched and just felt uncomfortable. In any case I still made my plate from what seem like a lot of choices to very few. I sipped my coffee and within a few minutes I was presented with my bill to write my room number and sign. Such a turn off I got up and left... plate of fruit, dry pastry, picked on bacon and flavorless potato wedges left for him to notice n clean up. Hotel staff should be trained better in situations like that, as we are all guest of the hotel. At 7:30 am ish, with one male pilot sipping coffee and at peace, another family of 3 sitting near the window enjoying there time together and here I am feening for coffee more then anything to be in such a weird biased space, entirely to early for that nonsense. Snack area could use more varieties (after dark, the hotel location is challenging going outside for \
