Pros: Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Good charging possibilities for cell phone and tablets. Good value for money given that hotel prices in this area have soared.
Cons: Breakfast table could include more fruits and whole-grain breads.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Good variety. Room was nice except the fan didn't work in the Bathroom.

I didn't really get to stay
Pros: I ended up having to stay at the hospital and I could not cancel at that point or get my money back. I was only there for a few hours for the two days that I booked.
Cons: Being so close to the hospital I think it would be nice to have an emergency cancellation policy

Pros: -Hotel services are excellent - The breakfast is varied and wonderful - The rooms are clean and comfortable - The manager's behavior, Mr. Michael, was excellent
Cons: The receptionist, Mrs. Bavley, was tactless and treated us badly and inappropriately, and this is a complaint to the hotel management about that.

Great and simple place...
Pros: Everything is wonderful, and the receptionist, (Pauline) and those with her are wonderful. They follow up on maintenance as well. Everyone is friendly and tries to provide you with service. The receptionist, I do not remember her name, was sick for a week. She is also practical and wonderful. Thank you. I was happy with my choice of this hotel, and I hope that it will develop in the future and include the external courtyards.

When you are looking for comfort...!
Pros: The hotel is quiet, the location is easy to reach, and the services are close. This is all I need. The staff is wonderful. I thank once again the receptionist who upgraded my room for me (Pauline) and her colleague (Larista). She also upgraded my room for them. Many thanks, and also to the others whose names I don’t remember, and also the air conditioning maintenance engineers whose names I don’t know. (The two brothers) are very helpful and respectful. Everyone who works in the hotel tries to provide you with their services...so thank you to them.👍👍👍💐💐
Cons: On the contrary, and it is not a compliment, everything is wonderful...but I would suggest that they take advantage of the outdoor spaces and have outdoor seating, placing an outdoor coffee shop, and creating a waterfall here. It will be a much better outlet for the guest to sit outside than to stand at the entrance of the hotel and smoke a cigarette or exchange conversations with... My friend...this idea will add a lot to the hotel. Thank you..👍💐
