Modernized country Inn offers scenery, relaxation, and a unique ecoerience.

Pros: Location, scenery, historical yet modern inn, shower, breakfast, outdoor terrace and games.

Cons: Air conditioning system was loud.

Highly recommended gem of an inn.

Pros: Fantastic inn with some of the best and most guest friendly hosts we have met on our many trips. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. My physical limitation was no issue and I was given a parking spot around the corner of our room. The room was beautiful, with fire place and comfi bed. Highly recommended.

Excellent except breakfast

Pros: Room very well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Very good bathroom.

Cons: Breakfast is a continental buffet but a rather meagre one.

Pros: Breakfast was good . Though few things can be improved . We didn’t find salt , water for tea was cold . Maybe another variation of egg/ sausage .

Cons: 1. rooms can have a tea or cofee maker 2. Our balcony had cobwebs .

Beautiful place to stay with nice staff and comfortable high end rooms.

Pros: Staff was wonderful. The place was beautiful, clean. Atmosphere was high end but comfortable. Room was clean and well appointed. We dined at the restaurant and the food was excellent.

Cons: The only thing that wasn’t great was breakfast. Staff was not readily available to restock supplies. Coffee service could be improved and options for protein added. Only protein was hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

Lovely inn with nice amenities in the heart of Wilmington

Pros: Beautiful historic inn with lovely lounge, bar and restaurant. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were nice.

Was a very short trip and the Whitehouse Inn far exceeded expectations. Staff was wonderful!

Pros: The property was amazing. Very well kept, charming and very welcoming!

Jason and his team were exceptionally engaging and accommodating, creating a truly inviting and comfortable atmosphere.

Pros: Beautifully preserved architecture with a beautiful view, bar, restaurant and outdoor space.

Cons: Our in room bathroom could use an upgrade. Poor lighting with nowhere to set your toiletry bag down except the toilet tank topper.

Nice stay in a beautiful property. Dinner at Clara's Restaurant was five star!

Pros: Breakfast was continental style - cold items, fruits, and pasties and it was fine. The property was a gorgeous historic mansion - th grounds were beautiful. Gs fireplace in the room was a treat.

Cons: Bathroom was cold and not set up for many toiletries - many old properties have bathrooms like this. Not a major problem - just inconvenient.

Pros: It was very cozy. The restaurant inside the Inn was amazing. Very relaxing.

Cons: The rooms were not very soundproof but it got quiet after 10pm anyway so wasn't a big issue
