Facilities were sufficient for what I was visiting Hicksville for

Pros: Good Amenities for the location Room had sufficient appliances And the staff were friendly and outgoing

Pros: position, good parking available on site on arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and courteous member of staff who offered us a free breakfast for the next morning which was appreciated after a long journey! bar service very good friendly staff

Great place to stay on Frog Tour.

Pros: The spa was great, the hotel breakfast was great, and the staff was exceptional.

Cons: The one and only complaint we have about the hotel was the room air conditioner (room 108). The AC didnt seem to be working well and the room was a bit warm.

A wonderful place for a long distance couple to spend some quality time together

Pros: The room was well laid out and clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and listened to any concerns mentioned. They ensured to amend any issues promptly. The facilities were great and the wifi was reliable for my meetings with a desk in the room. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Parking on site was free but was limited as it was shared between hotel guests, spa guests and the restaurant. However, there was only one night we couldn't find a space. Overall the stay was great and we would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay on LI

Cons: No complaints to mention, any issues experienced on this trip were quickly amended by the staff and sufficiently compensated for. Can't fault them at all

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Nice-sized room; comfortable beds; friendly, attentive staff; clean facilities; warm pool and hot jacuzzi; nice-sized and well-equipped exercise room (free-weights, treadmill, elliptical). Great for an adult weekend away from the kids.

Cons: Pool is not the typical, lounge-by-the-pool kind of pool; exercise room is way too warm.

Another good stay at Viana

Pros: this hotel is probably one of the best on Long Island - good location, clean rooms, very helpful staff and for a reasonable price

Cons: the balcony wasn't sealed properly so the heat kept escaping the room (and it was 15F outside) - we told the staff to have this fixed

Awesome relaxing place , super clean, fancy , and friendly , they had absolutely everything I could possibly need , the

Pros: This is probably the best hotel I been too , the jacuzzi was great , the room was super nice and clean , even the hallways were super cool they have their own doors for the hallways , the staff was super nice , you even sit down in a fancy chair when you check in like you’re having a little meeting , it’s a super clean , friendly , relaxing place. And the security deposit fee was only $50!

Cons: The tv was absolutely horrible it might as well not have even been in the room it was useless , it woulda been great if the hotel was a little closer to all the restaurants in the area
