SureStay Plus by Best Western Woodbury Inn

Very nice hotel, I would recommend it to anyone

Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable

Cons: I have no complaints

It was nice to other places on Long Island.

Pros: It was different than the Massapequa Best Western, but they had some good breakfast item's. The room was a large and having a microwave and fridge helped. The staff kept our room very neat and tidy.

Cons: They need more outlets?

Pros: The staff were lovely, continental breakfast was great as we didn’t even realise it was included. Easy parking & great location.

Cons: Even though we put the sign on the door the maid never came to clean or do the beds. We had to ask twice for clean towels, but the staff at reception were great.

All good, parking lot accessible in spite of recent snow, staff all very pleasant, cleaning and office staff.

Pros: Clean, proximity to my daughter who lives close by, ground floor unit very easy to access the room even with all the recent snowstorms.

Pros: Convenient to diner / bank / Japanese restaurant

Cons: Key cards for rooms kept locking you out of room

Pros: The room was clean. Staffs were friendly and patient.

Nice gem in Woodbury

Pros: Comfortable clean room, great WiFi, breakfast was good.

Cons: Toilet in room was very slow. Had to hold down handle several times to get it to train completely.

I will stay again, when in the area. I live a distance and had an early nearby medical appointment.

Pros: The breakfast, parking access, and service were great. The room was ample size, clean and comfortable. It was exceptionally hot weather, and we were disappointed that the pool was unavailable. Great location, walkable eateries, pharmacy, and neighborhood for a stroll.

Pros: I liked the staff. Specially Heather was really helpful

Dated hotel, but clean and comfortable

Pros: Although the hotel is quite dated, it was clean and comfortable. All staff encountered was very nice.

Cons: Hotel is very dated, like way back in the 70's. Roof was missing shingles, and there was a lot of missing wood on some sides of the building.
