great because of the manager itself of the hotel

Pros: the room and facilities are very good and cleane. The manager itself of the hotel is very helpful, polite and welcoming to the guests pf the hotel. You can see on his act and face that his sincere to help.

Cons: receptionist are there polite but not helpful. Its very prostrating that if you raised issue they dont even bother to call you back or inform anything. Not that much busy in the reception as we always observe. Even asking them to ask someone to clean our room. For 11 days we stayed in hotel just one time they clean the room, majority of time they only collect the rubbish. I did mentioned to the male receptionist four days before we left that our room need to clean as been many days not been change even the beddings. They just give you new towels thats it. Well i hope the owner of the hotel will see this comments while we stayed in there place. The manager is great and amazing very accommodating and respectful. But the rest i have to think again because they’re only there just to work and earn money. Imagine we are tourist we dont know about the place were asking the receptionist when we came to check in if he can suggest any place that we can go or do they have a map but only we get is nothing.

Ok for what we needed probably wouldn’t go back

Pros: Room ready and clean when we arrived. Breakfast bagels lovely and fresh

Cons: Room not cleaned great during stay shower gel tissues not replaced for a few days when empty. Parking was free on confirmation and there hotel directory services but wanted to charge us. (New thing brought in a few weeks ago we were told) I said they should honour our booking as was free when booked told to speak to manager than general manager 🤦‍♀️was resolved eventually by a receptionist who just spoke to a duty manager who gave us a note to put in the car saying do not scan for payment 🤷🏼‍♀️. Breakfast ok but mostly lukewarm and monotonous. Bagels lovely and fresh. People were taking away food after eating filling their pockets with yogurts and fruit and even platting up additional breakfasts to take to their rooms.

Liked it and will stay again

Pros: The room was very clean and the hotel was nice for 2 night stay. Breakfast was simple but adequate

Cons: Noise can be heard through the rooms and no milk on site.

Pros: The hotel was clean and modern. The facilities worked perfectly. The gym was a great bonus.

Cons: I had booked the trip weeks in advance with the dates set out. After a long and delayed flight and long ques at passport control we finally got to the hotel to put our feet up, only to be told that they didn’t have a room for us. After waiting around for 30 mins or so we were told this was due to mould issues in the room… To his credit the staff at reception did find us another hotel not far away. After making our way to the other hotel we were met with the guy at reception who looked like he just walked in off the street and he rudely told us there isn’t any rooms available. We explained that we were sent by Homewood suites and even had a letter printed out but he replied that he doesn’t know anything about it and that there are no rooms available. We were so frustrated and tired and tried to explain to him. After getting nowhere with that member of staff I tried to phone Homewood suites but just before it went through another lady came out of the back room in reception to tell us she knew about the call and had us a room. Eventually we did go into the room but the state of it was not great and not very clean. The furniture was old

Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Pets are welcomed for a fee.

Cons: Asked for extra blanket 2 times. Did not receive it.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We were upgraded upon arrival to a slightly bigger room. Many thanks for that. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Did not get a chance to use the gym and the pool, but they looked quite nice too

Good size suite, easily catered for four adults and two teenagers. Location needs a taxi/car

Pros: Breakfast was buffet style with Cheese Omlette, bacon, hash browns, oatmeal, fruit juice, coffee, pastries, bagels, plenty to chose from. Comfortable seating area. Suite comfortably sorted the 6 of us. King size bed in one room, two double beds in other, living area in between with kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Coffee making facilities were available. Kids used the pool and I used the fitness centre ( running machine and exercise bike with weights available) Once I contacted reception the party in the next room stopped within 10 minutes, reception called that room.

Cons: When we arrived, approx 22:00 a strong smell of marijuana was in the foyer. However, this did not appear again during the rest of the weeks stay. A loud party went on in the next room but the issue was resolved when I rang reception.

Good, but during one night, people were doing feast with much noise in the room above us,didn’tsleep

Pros: The fast check in. I was tired with my boys and wife and they gave me quite fast the keys of my suite.

Cons: The breakfast, because they were always serving pork. I think that would be great if they proposed turkey/chicken/beef/sheep or any other meat. For religious reasons everyone is not allowed to eat pork.

great stay with added touches, very large spacious room

Pros: nice, clean, spacious hotel, rooms were modern style and very comfortable. Breakfast in my opinion was excellent, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, French toast, waffle machine, oatmeal, cereal, nice fresh OJ

Cons: Kitchen area was tired and let down the overall impression of the room, but was not an issue. Coffee at breakfast was not the best, shame the waffle machine was not available each day.
