Pros: The hotel was updated so the rooms were clean, comfy and confortable! It was also located close by to many restaurants and shopping.

Cons: The Parking lot can be more lit up especially the access at the back.

Pros: Great location around 10min walk to LIRR train to NY. Lots of shops and shopping centre around.

Cons: Some construction happening when we came which causes a bit of noise.

Excellent property, would stay here again.

Pros: Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. Lots of shopping and eating around the area. 2 minutes from the Carle Place Train Station to get into the city.

Cons: Only complaint was the creaky bathroom door. Woke everyone up in the night when someone went to use it. Nothing a little WD-40 can't fix.

Perfect for the purpose of my stay.

Pros: Convenient location. Have stayed here before so knew the area. Staff were excellent especially the maintenance man when my safe needed replacing. Clean.

Cons: Breakfast not included despite silver elite IHG membership.
