We appreciated our stay at the Latham Inn.

Pros: I liked the price. Everything was clean but the carpeting was shop-worn and gave the place a shabby look, but I only paid $103 not the more typical price of $250 for a fancier place, but one that was not any cleaner nor with any more amenitites than the Latham Inn provided. . The bathroom fixtures all seemed new. (I did not use the shower). Everything worked. Nothing was broken though we did have to check plug-ins to establish all the lights. The refrigerator with the freezer compartment was a plus for us because we had leftover food from dinner and could not have taken it home without having refrigerated it over night.

Cons: Everything was quite adequate for the price.

Refreshing, almost like room with family or friends.

Pros: Quiet not next to highway or inline with airport runway like most others nearby. . Owner operator personally invested. Waived security deposit. Other staff friendly. Who needs issues after work and travel. Older building than some closer to airport or downtown. But as good as newer. Alot better than Red Roof. They no AC and lied about it working, Bugs, ice machine Dusty broken ECT. They corporate BS apologies. $15 more

Cons: Need better handicap access to office and rooms. A ramp to entry doors. Elevator to 2nd floor.
