Comfortable and quiet place

Pros: Amazing breakfast. Changed food everyday, the eggs were really good. Comfortable room. Walking distance from downtown where we went to a delicious morocan place

Cons: The citrus smell in all bathroom product was too strong, especially for someone like me that doesn't like citrus. Troy is kinda sketchy and rundown.

Perfect Location, great staff, brand new facilities.

Pros: Breakfast was great. The Hotel staff was very helpful. We came to enjoy the National Orchestra of Ukraine at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, which is only 5 blocks away. Little did we know that the full orchestra was staying there, and we had breakfast with the First Violin, and the Maestro! We will be back and recommend this Hotel to anyone who is travelling to Troy.

Excellent, comfortable stay for the money. Nothing to complain about! Great job.

Pros: So many chain hotels skimp on cleaning, but we found this facility to be exceptionally clean by most standards. That really makes a difference to us. We also felt the linens were great quality, the coffee and breakfast was yummy, and the staff friendly. Keep doing what you're doing!

Cons: There was a road race the first morning of our stay which got pretty noisy rather early. We don't hold the hotel responsible for that! And it was fun watching the activity. My only suggestion would be maybe to warn people checking in about the activity the following morning and that it will be noisy on the race side of the hotel and that driving in the area is impossible until the race is over.
