Would highly recommend if you are staying in or near the Troy area.

Pros: Cleanliness of room, bathroom. Shower was exceptional...easy walk-in and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons: If the heating/cooling system was quieter, the stay would have been exceptional.

Great location, free parking, large room, convenient amenities for the traveler.

Pros: Friendly desk service during stay. They have a washer and dryer for guest use. Large refrigerator in the spacious room, along with microwave and coffee. Temperature in the room was just right. I was happy with the treadmill (one of several) in the large gym room. We liked that this is a no-pet hotel. Free and ample parking.

Cons: It took a while to check in - not sure why? We arrived at about 8pm at night. My bed was a little bit lumpy, but I slept well. There is no lobby coffee service - only the paid Bistro cafe, which had limited breakfast and dinner hours.

PERFECT LONG WEEKEND TRIP

Pros: Great location, Friendly staff, Very clean, Soundproof rooms.

Cons: Bed not comfortable but I have a bad back and several spinal surgeries so that could possibly only relate to me. Fridge very small. Shower is beautiful but only has a half door so a decent amount of water ends up on the bathroom floor while showering.
