Very comfortable and convenient

Pros: Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and the shower was great! Nice area and surrounded by a few places to eat which was handy. 5 minute drive to the train station (wouldn’t walk as it would be too hard coming back uphill)!

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool form your use too.

Convenient, comfortable

Pros: We stayed here because we didn't want to stay in NYC as we had a rental car, and this was very convenient for Greystone Station with less than an hour on the train into Grand Central. Also chose this hotel as it had two bedroom suite and we were travelling with our adult son.

Cons: Noise of the AC. Uncomfortably loud with ours on, and still quite loud overnight from other guests when we turned ours off.

It was great!

Pros: The staff in all areas was friendly. The room was very clean and modern and it had all the safety alarms in place. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are amazing. Kudos for that! Having restaurants within walking distance was really good. Close to the highway. Very good Location. I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood.

Cons: Breakfast was ok. It did not offer many hot options but enjoyed the homemade waffles.

Pros: The hotel was clean and spacious. The location was great. The accommodation was value for money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Cons: The payment settlement system employed by the hotel caused a bit of confusion and was quite frustrating for me. However, the team was very accommodating in resolving the issues experienced.

Pros: The front desk assistant was amazing, goes above and beyond. The breakfast was great also the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our sink was a bit clogged, not a major issue and the wifi was a bit slow but it happens when it's alot of people using it.

great hospitality! the front desk Maya and the lifeguard were amazing

Pros: I stayed here to celebrate my daughters first birthday. My family and I stayed for the weekend and it was such a nice stay! My daughter loved the breakfast and the pool the most.

Cons: everything was great. No complaints
