Great value in a pretty pricey area

Pros: Great value for the Berkshires. Great location. Rate was really reasonable. Basic but stylish. Clean. The check-in instructions by email were helpful. We slept great. The bed was very comfortable and firm. Since there is no carpet on the floor, there was no musty, low-end motel smell. The AC worked well. It was on when we arrived but we turned it off. We actually turned up the thermostat for heat at night after getting rained on at a music festival. The room warmed up quickly.

Cons: The floors are painted concrete, I think. So they were cold. I think that ends up being a plus because motel carpet can smell and be full of dirt. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will just bring a pair of socks.

Pros: The renovated rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable- a great surprise. HVAC and heating both worked great. They have everything you need for a short stay.

Cons: Everything was as expected, no issues at all.

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was the room I had this time which was room 9 didn’t have a toaster oven or microwave. Now the last room that I was staying in the last time was room 21 and that room met our expectations. But other than that the motel is really good

Pros: I love the person who assisted me over the phone. She was extremely patient and very helpful. She is a valuable emploeyee.

Cons: The cancelation from brooks motel. Then I have to rebook.

Pros: Simple, old fashioned motel situation--comfortable beds, plenty of covers, quiet, clean--a great place to stay. And well worth the price. I was amazed I found this on Memorial Day weekend. Owners/hosts are great--full of info and very available. All in all, a great place.

Pros: Location was great and room was great for what we needed- a place to gather during NYE festivities

Cons: The room was 55degrees when we arrived and took almost 6 hours to reach 68 degrees which was frustrating

Pros: We have stayed here before and enjoyed the simplicity of checking in. We appreciate the dog friendly rooms. The location is perfect and had a wonderful meal at Hillsdale House up the road.
