Great stay for a reasonable price

Pros: Great private studio in very quiet area. The bus stop is located just two blocks away. The subway station Forest Hills is located within walkable distance (15 minutes) or by bus (just a few minutes). Very kind and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay in this accomodation.

Nice residential area. Already booked to come again to visit our daughter in August!

Great Value for Money and Comfortable Stay.

Pros: Great value for money, very peaceful and nice neighborhood outside of the busy NYC and we liked staying here and going to NYC. it's like 30mins. Host was great at answering our questions and communication was on time. We had everything we wanted to cook and eat breakfast.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a very pretty, very safe area with good public transport within walking distances. Host was most helpful.

Great suburban vibe

Pros: The room was basic but had everything we required eg. Microwave, fridge, table, heating, cooking hotplate, coffee maker. The location was approx 1.5kms from the rail station, perfect for our daily exercise. The suburb had a friendly vibe with plenty out walking their dogs Some beautiful houses in the tree lined streets. Walking distance to shops & Trader Joes supermarket.

Cons: The room was on the small size but manageable for 2 people.

Perfect 10 stay in New York

Pros: This was a perfect stay for our first trip to New York. We liked the nice neighborhood (quiet at night for peaceful sleep), close connection to the sub, and close grocery stores. Additionally, I have to mention the nice clean apartment, a lot of useful accessories (hairdryer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine + coffee, fridge..) The host Jonatan is also extraordinary. For welcome there was a full basket of chocolates and a bottle of great wine. When we will be next time in New York, this is the place that we will stay. Thank you, Jonatan for all!

Lovely place, perfect

Pros: We really loved this cozy studio, which really helped make our first time in NYC unforgettable. Perfect location, comfortable public transport (nighttime too). The studio was really comfortable, clean, quiet with a really lovely neighborhood and the host was always helpful. We can 100% recommend👌🏻

Wonderful

Pros: Yehonatan is the best host one could ask for: thoughtful, discreet, always available. The studio is located in Forest Hills (a lovely quiet neighborhood of villas, townhouses, birds and squirrels) and has absolutely everything for a memorable stay, including a small private garden to relax and have breakfast. Cleanliness, amenities, comfort and quality of sleep, everything was TOP. The subway (E/F lines) is a very pleasant fifteen minutes walk away, but if you want, there is also a convenient bus that stops a short walk from the house. Next time in NY will definitely be here!

Pros: The host were amazing and I will never forget the reception I received which will.rank as one of the best I've had anywhere. They were super attentive and helpful with quick replies to my messages to make my stay stress-free. The note and bottle of wine was above and beyond.
