Adorable 1 bedroom cottage

A peaceful and relaxing stay with easy access to the city.

Pros: This was the most relaxing, secure place we have ever stayed in while visiting the New York area. A beautiful leafy suburb where I felt happy leaving my car. Very easy walking distance to lovely restaurants and bakeries.

Cons: The wi-fi was the only negative thing about the property. We’re from UK so didn’t have cellphone data so quite reliant on wi Fi to catch up with emails etc but it kept dropping out. Probably not a big issue for others.

Pros: The style and all the goodies in the cottage are very on point, you can have a shower, a coffe, even a small desk toaster is available. Bed is really comfy and you have ac and a heater as well. The host is very helpfull and communicative, i lost my AirPods during my stay and she send them via post to Virginia. love it. Definitely a accommodation that is worth the visit during your nyc stay!

Cons: The location was a little far from a train stop for the cold weather, but I'm also from Texas so take this comment with a heavy grain of salt haha.

Pros: Loved how easy it is to navigate to and from. Also very easy to spot from the pictures, some places it can be confusing on how to access but this was straightforward.

Cons: None I was here for a be try short time period.

This adorable little cottage was a perfect place for my husband and I to crash at after a music festival at Forest Hills

Pros: Loved the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to restaurants and activities. We felt very safe not only at the cottage, but walking around the neighborhood. The property was charming and cute. It’s small but absolutely perfect for a couple who needs a place to shower and crash after a night out in NYC. It’s a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the LIRR train station and Forest Hills Stadium. Our host, Vesna was very nice, friendly, accomadating, & knowledgeable about the area. She even gave us a printout map of how to get to the stadium for our concerts. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to a concert at Forest Hills Stadium. It’s the cutest, most perfect little spot! Also the bed was comfortable and we loved having breakfast outside on the patio. Thank you for the great stay!

Cons: The walk to the train station and Forest Hills Stadium is a little long for those who aren’t able to walk longer distances. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Pros: This cottage was perfect. It was lovely and comfortable and the owner was so nice and accommodating. It suited my needs perfectly on a treacherous drive back out east on Long Island. Was able to have a fabulous night's sleep and would highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay for a concert at Forest Hill Stadium

Pros: The location was perfect for traveling to a concert at Forest Hills Stadium - off street parking was a huge plus, and the cottage itself was adorable, the bed and linens very comfortable, and there was a cute outdoor seating area. Host was also very friendly and came to give us a map of the walk to the stadium.
