Lovely, clean place

Pros: The place was exactly as we expected, very nice and clean, in a quiet neighbourhood with a park close by. We had a great stay!

Very nice property to stay near Yale University

Pros: Really well appointed. Good coffee and most kitchen accessories one could ask for. After I left a laptop charger behind, the owners quickly got it back to me via post. Thank you!

Cons: The location, while near Wooster Square, felt a bit spooky as it was on a sparsely traveled bend in the road. But on the nights I walked home I had absolutely no problems.

Pros: Спасибо большое за предоставление пре- красных условий для проживания! Хозяин позаботился о многих моментах! В апартаментах есть всё для комфорта и удобства: вся посуда, бокалы и стаканы, кастрюли и сковородки, хозяйственные принадлежности, соль и сахар, масло и все специи, кофе в капсулах для кофемашины, сливки. Бутылка вина по приезду была кстати и очень хорошего качества! Место , где расположены апартаменты, тихое и безопасное. Ярмарку деревенских продуктов в субботу утром обязательно рекомендую!!! (не проспите и идите пораньше)!! Парк Вустер рядом , приятно прогуляться !! И через парк- маленькая Италия с кафе, пиццериями и ресторанами! Минутах в 15 есть замечательный супермаркет, ELM (качественные продукты, хороший ассортимент). Минут 10 на транспорте Walmart. Йельский университет находится в 20 мин пешком.

Pros: Close to work place in a walkable distance for a nice day. Spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and rooms. Very responsive host and detailed instruction for getting in and leaving the apartment.

Cons: The location is in a nice neighborhood of New Haven, close to Wooster park but also close toe highway - 91 is literally next to it. I can hear the traffic noise during nighttime although the apartment is not directly facing the street.

My stay was relaxing and lovely.

Pros: The space is peaceful, exactly how its shown online and in a great location. Theres a manual book and the complementary wine is the sweetest. This was really a great stay.

The property is nice and has easy parking.

Pros: The location is relatively safe. My son and I stayed, so one of us took the bed and one took the couch. Kitchen was nice. Plenty comfortable. The laundry facilities were also nice (done through an app that tells you when clothes are finished). Parking was also easy (street parking--but plenty available).

Cons: I wanted to shift my dates, and the response was borderline illogical (something about maid service already being scheduled for certain dates and unable to shift. Basically, I had to cancel my booking and then re-book with the hopes that no one else would get it.

Pros: The place was perfect for me. I like that it was quiet and peaceful.
