Beautiful Wooster Sq. getaway - great neighborhood

Modern, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Wooster Square

Pros: Excellent appliances, well equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, lots of hangers, great location, easy check-in, and convenient check-out. Near restaurants, walking distance to State Street Station, car rental and city centre.

Cons: All good, but would benefit from better fitting sheets in one of the bedrooms and some reupholstering. May be helpful to have somewhere to store folded clothes as there was only hanging space.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment located in a great neighborhood.

Pros: This property is located in a great neighborhood. The owner answered all of my questions, with very responsive communication. The best thing about the place is the accessibility of access to the apartment. The biggest key factor for us was the designated On-site parking area located on the side of the building. The ease of entry was also immaculate, as the unit is located on the first floor. Everything was clean, and stocked full of all the amenities one could need. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Wooster square.

Cons: A couple things that could benefit this spot is to install blackout roll shades under the blinds in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have glass windowed doors which allows a lot of light when trying to sleep. Maybe placing some window film on the glass to help minimize light. This would keep the integrity of the glass doors esthetic, with adding functionality and privacy to the rooms. Overall these things are minimal, and should not keep you from enjoying your stay at this beautiful place.

Great, clean and spacious property in an excellent location.

Pros: Very clean. Plenty of space for 4-5 people. Relatively safe. Great to have laundry in the apartment and a full kitchen setup. Location makes for an easy half-mile walk to Yale and many restaurants. Two grocery stores within a 10-minute walk.

Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, the noise level might be high (Wooster can be a little noisy, in general, with traffic and a nearby fire station).

Pros: Wonderful neighborhood location. Very close to excellent restaurants & downtown!

This is an excellent, clean, spiffy apartment in a great neighborhood of New Haven, convenient.

Pros: Apartment is exactly as advertised, spotless, all new appliances, all worked flawlessly. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Cons: A small point but the blinds in one of the bedrooms did not completely darken the sun, which woke us up. Also, the door to one of the bedrooms is mostly glass, which isn't helpful for light or privacy, we draped a towel over it.
