Pros: Great location if you are visiting the Yale New Haven Hospital. You see the hospital when you leave the building. Decent-sized room, with a fridge, microwave, stove, air fryer, and some kitchen utensils. It doesn't have a real kitchen, so don't expect to cook. The bathroom is not shared, which is great. There is a parking place in the backyard, and the owner was so nice to let me keep my car in the parking during the day even after my leave.

Cons: It was not very clean. You may want to bring your own towels and bed sheets. The shower was so weak, if it were a little weaker, you would not be able to take a shower. The room was cold on some days.
