Excellent experience staying at Hyatus

Pros: The apartments are well designed that suit your short stay requirements. Very well furnished and organized rooms be it kitchen, living, bedrooms or washroom, all were in excellent conditions.

Cons: Costly for longer duration, I tried to get a quote for a year stay but it was too expensive.

Amazing luxury apartment - I miss it already!

Pros: I really liked the apartment from the minute I walked in , I thought it was fab! The room and en suite were super, the bed was comfy and the shower was unreal. I felt right at home and safe too. I would definitely stay in these apartments again and recommend them to a friend.

Cons: The day I was checking out, 1 elevator was out of service and the other 2 were reserved for people moving. I was stuck on the 3rd floor with 3 suitcases and unable to leave the building until one of the lifts that was reserved opened as the person was moving happened to be on the third floor. I don't think people should be able to reserve lifts as how is everyone else supposed to get about. If I didn't have cases, I would have taken the stairs but I could not use the stairs with my cases and I was panicked as I had to be somewhere.

Great place! Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good location, parking included, facilities and appartment itself was nice

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The games room and roof top terrace were great. The pool was a bonus. It was perfect after a hectic few days in New York. Jhanice was a great communicator

Cons: It wasn't clear how to get onto the WiFi but once I messaged Jhanice she sorted it out.

A well-run and located apartment with lots of amenities.

Pros: Hyatus by Pierpont and its hospitality team were excellent. Courteous, accommodating, quick to respond. The building is really quite amazing - with facilities that exceed expectations. Pool, bowling lanes, cappuccino machine in the lobby, movie theatre, Weber grills, 2 level gym, gathering spaces. The apartments are in good shape. Clean and decently equipped. It would work for a longer stay as well as a short one. Close to Yale medical schools and hospital. All in all, a place that feels like home rather than a transient hotel. Would stay there again.

Cons: If you can, choose an apartment on the side facing the pool. Will be quieter. Sound does travel to some degree from the unit upstairs - and through the windows.

Luxury flat with many amenities avaliable, pool/cinema/ rec-rooms etc.

Pros: We enjoyed the high standard of the flat and building itself. Exelent pool area and other rec-rooms/ sport/ chillling areas.

Pros: 四日間滞在しました。スタッフのところは親切でしたし、チェックインチェックアウトも大変スムーズでした。ボーリング場があり、息子が大喜びで室内遊びでも完璧なレジャーを楽しむことができました。

Clean, but I do think it was overpriced.

Pros: The game room was nice to have something to do for a little while in the evenings.

Cons: The couch was super uncomfortable.

Modern , comfortable, new building with awesome amenities (loved the game room!)

Pros: Very well-supplied and furnished apt. that was also comfortable and quiet.

Cons: The only thing missing was a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Wonderful stay and great experience

Pros: Clean, modern, easy check in/out, parking was great.

Cons: The location isn’t terrible, but just a little off the beaten path.
