Pros: L’abitazione è composta da 3 piani. Il primo piano non è per gli ospiti mentre il secondo ha un appartamento con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Il bagno si trova su ogni piano ed è condiviso con gli ospiti del piano. Bagno sempre pulito ad ogni utilizzo, riscaldamento centralizzato. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi c’è la metro. Posizione tranquilla

Pros: Location is fabulous! Restaurants nearby are excellent. The park and Columbia University are close by.

Cons: The AC in the room is not very strong. The pullout couch room needs a fan.

Cons: Nothing, but I have a suggestion: in the bathroom I missed something to hang my clothes and I would really have appreciated a tissue box in the room.

I loved my Harlem experience and loved staying in the small brownstone and living like a New Yorker for 4 days. 🫶🏼

Pros: Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Absolutely beautiful and I loved the experience of staying in Harlem. Just a block from a store and a few blocks from the subway. Easy instructions on how to enter the property.

Cons: The shared bathrooms! Now I understood the shared bathroom situation at the time of booking but some people you can’t share a bathroom with that don’t really clean up after themselves.

Pros: Camas cómodas, el metro a 3 min andando no tuvimos ningún problema con la zona. Kev nos ayudó en todo.

Cons: Todo bien del alojamiento por el precio, los de la habitación de al lado de los últimos días bastante ruidosos pero eso no es cosa del alojamiento

Una semana que dormí como una reina

Pros: Las camas y almohadas super cómodas, y Kev te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. No tuvimos ningún problema para hacer el check-in y nos facilitó todo en todo momento. Estás literalmente a 3 minutos andando de la línea 125 de metro. Las habitaciones acogedoras y el baño a pesar de ser compartido estaba siempre limpio.

Pros: Kevin was a lovely host: mindful and ready to help in case of any clarification I needed. The apartment is also in a great location - it's easy to get anywhere and explore even on foot. Very close to Morningside park as well which is great for a stroll or run.
