A comfortable, convenient, and very enjoyable stay
Pros: During my stay at Adam Clayton Apartment, I particularly appreciated the modern comfort of the apartment, its impeccable cleanliness, as well as the convenient location close to amenities and transportation.

Definitely recommend
Pros: Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient with instructions communicated by the host through Booking.com message emails. The apartment was totally clean. Both of the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room looked newly renovated. The apartment had all the kitchen appliances and utensils, and wi-fi, and air con and a washing machine, etc. I did not use most of it, but it all looked new and functional. My bed was comfortable. New York City accommodation is expensive, but by that standard the price was very good for a two-bedroom apartment. Harlem has maybe a gritty reputation. But I felt very safe walking around, as apparently did the locals, even solo women and the elderly at night. The apartment’s closeness to the Subway made it easy to do my sightseeing.
Cons: The toilet/shower room could have used a fresh coat of paint. Here are two points that were not really the fault of the apartment but should be considered. The streets outside were loud early in the morning on weekdays (I was not there for the weekend). I needed to wake up early anyway to do as much sightseeing as possible. So it did not bother me. Also the exterior of the building itself is not attractive.

Pros: Apartament w fajnej lokalizacji, blisko do stacji metra, 15 minut spacerem do central parku.
Cons: Brakowalo niektorych rzeczy na przyklad wiecej szklanek czy kubkow. Nie działał czajnik. Mieszkanie już trochę zużyte, sporo rzeczy uszkodzonych

Pros: Das Apartment war überraschend besser als erwartet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die Nachbarschaft bietet einige nette Restaurants und tollen Kaffee gleich nebenan, ein Lidl ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Es war ausreichend sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Cons: Für eine Woche Aufenthalt wären zwei Handtücher pro Person und kleine Handtücher zum Hände trocknen wichtig gewesen.

Buen departamento en un edificio en malas condiciones y en una zona no muy agradable
Pros: El departamento tiene buen espacio, con dos recámaras con camas matromoniales y ropa de cama muy confortable. Tiene refrigerador, concina, lavabo, lavadora, servicio de internet, aire acondicionado. Además, cuenta con un pequeño sillón, un pequeño comedor y también con utensilios como platos, vasos, tazas y cucharas. El departamento estaba limpio y, en general, me pareció muy confortable. La anfitriona, a pesar de no estar presente, responde inmediatament si se le llama.
Cons: La parte exterior tiene un muy mala apariencia, luce muy descuidado; había botes de basura al lado derecho de la entrada, con ratas. Dentro, existe un cubo del edificio que tiene mucha basura. Por fortuna, la habitación estaba sobre ese nivel. En la zona hay gente afuera que parecía estar ingiriendo alguna bebida. En general la zona no me gustó aunque debo decir que no tuve ningún problema. Estuvimos hospedados solo una noche.
