Central Park North - Quiet Place

Pros: The apartment was warm and comfortable for our stay. Its located near Malcom X subway station which made it easy to explore the city. We found a great cafe and bakery with delicious cookies not too far away. There is a grocery a couple of minutes away if you want to cook food at the apartment.

Pros: Very quiet, easy access to buses, good food stores nearby, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Carmichael was always prompt.

Cons: Another comfortable chair in living area. There were no serving bowls or platters and few glasses. It would have been helpful to have a book of recommended restaurants and nearby places of interest or a book for guests to write in about their recommendations.

Pros: Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. I letti sono comodi e in uno stanzino ci sono tovaglie e lenzuola di ricambio. Posizione vicino alla metro e proprietario sempre disponibile per qualunque problema.

Appartement spacieux , très bien pour accueillir 2 ou 3 couples

Pros: L'emplacement , proche des stations de métro. Le lit de la grande chambre était très confortable, mais les lattes du sommier n'étant pas fixées , elles ont bougé. Néanmoins Il était facile de les remettre en place

Cons: La vaisselle pas toujours très bien lavée par les hôtes précédents

Pros: Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa, muy cómoda, silenciosa, con super, donuts, cerca. La verdad que muy recomendable

Pros: L hotel nous a bien accueilli, l'appartement était spacieux et propre avec des lits très confortables. Et surtout le calme !! il n'y a pas de bruit car l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure, ce qui est un gros + pour une ville comme New york

Pros: Check in smooth, host responsive. They have a WhatsApp chat where they quickly answer any of your question. Everything was working well, I had some worries regarding past reviews, but looks like they fixed everything. Connection to transport is amazing, subway to Times square 2 min walking, a Central Park is steps away.

Cons: The area is quite animated and Bohemian at night ...didn't feel unsafe and it does not bother me , cause I know how New york, but it could be impressive for a family with young kids coming from a wealthy gated community.
