2Bed Bliss by Central Park North

Couldn’t ask for a better place at that price.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic value for a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with a very spacious living room. I would love to stay again.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Extra supplies in the cupboards like umbrellas and extra blankets etc…

Cons: Toilet paper was rough going and the television didn’t work.

Pros: Using the apartment just for the sleep over, because for whole days we were exploring NewYork downtown. But in overall we have everything we need. WiFi connection was working fine to send out videos and pictures in the end of the day and there is a small grocery store on a corner of West 112th and St.Nicolas , having amazing sandwiches!, breakfast etc.. and also a Claire's Cofee on the oposing corner. For transportation we use the subway numbers 2 and 3 that are just around the corner and take you anywhere down the Manhattan, very convenient - also it was quite OK even on late hours, few junkies around, but just mind your own thing, give 'em a cigarette and continue :D

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Cute apartment and spacious enough for family of 4. Host provided necessary tools if we wanna clean up the apartment during our stay. Easy access to MTA and bus service. Host is very responsive to my queries.

Cons: Building is a little old. Lift elevator is not working throughout our stay (10 nights) and very challenging to bring our big luggages up and down 4 flight of stairs.

Unter dem Strich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment und können es durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Das Apartment ist großzügig mit Wohn – Esszimmer, großen Schlafzimmer, dann im kleineren. Somit für vier Personen geeignet. In der kleinen Küche ist alles, was für einen Kuraufenthalt benötigt wird vorhanden. Der Fußboden ist noch mit echtem Parkett ausgelegt und strahlt eine sehr angenehme Wärme aus. Die Nähe zum Lebensmittelladen und U-Bahn-Station hat zum angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Der WLAN Empfang ist ganz okay. obwohl es Winter war und nur eine Einfachverglasung vorhanden ist, was warm im Apartment.

Cons: Im Fernseher war leider nur Netflix mit Werbung zu erhalten, aber normalen US Programme. Die Heizung hält das Apartment gut warm, ist aber nicht regelbar. Wenn es zu warm ist, muss man das Fenster öffnen. Man wird also im Winter nie frieren, aber vielleicht schwitzen. Für den Sommer sind zwei Klimaanlagen in den Fenstern verbaut. leider war im Erdgeschoss Apartment eine Baustelle und es wurden Lüfter in jedem Stockwerk aufgestellt. Diese waren so laut, dass im kleinen Schlafzimmer Ohrenstöpsel benötigt worden, um schlafen zu können. Im Rest des Apartments war es kein Problem. Ich wünsche allen Nachmietern das dies nur ein temporärer Zustand war, was es wohl auch ist.

Pros: Close to the metro, elevator working, host responded all questions. clean, good beds, all good, highly recommend.

Best Quality-Price Ratio accomodation in an iconic borough of Manhattan

Pros: This is a well-furnished apartment located in lower Harlem/Central Park north. We were a party of 3 friends and rented a 2-bedroom with large hall, corridor, private bathroom, and kitchen. It's 100m close to subway lines 2-3 (112st), and has plenty of markets, bars and facilities in the area. Quality-Price ratio is exceptional for an apartment hosting up to 5 ppl in December (Manhattan is super expensive in such period). Obviously, do not expect a \

Cons: Don't expect a 7star apartment, yet a nice, comfortable location, super-connected to the City. Such Quality-Price ratio exceeded my expectations, and we're already missing Harlem! We'll be back, promise.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Pros: The property was in a good area that was close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the subway. I love that so much was in walking distance! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, too.

Cons: The only complaint is that there weren’t enough towels.

Gut

Pros: Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestatte.. Die Metro war in der Nähe sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons: Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr laut und etwas zwielichtig.
