Cons: Not much. The breakfast is really really basic but that shouldn't be a problem with a great diner so near. The subway station (Broadway) is a good walk away (between 10 and 15 minutes) but the W and N lines take you everywhere in the heart of Manhattan.

Cons: The outside noise and the noise from other rooms was very clearly audible being a disturbance. And having the microwave and hot water in the lobby was a bit bothersome.

Very pleased with the stay, but disappointed with the breakfasts.

Pros: The hotel was very good. Very reasonably priced, the room was spotless and quiet. The staff were helpful. The room facilities were very good. Plenty of hot water in the shower and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept on

Cons: The only disappointment was the non-existant breakfast that was included in the price. The breakfast offered, was a coffee, a glass of orange juice and a pot of yogurt. There was no cereal, no bread rolls or toast and no ham or cheese. 50 yards down the road there is the BelAire diner which is open 24 hrs per day and offers a extensive range of breakfasts costing between $10 and $20.

Pros: I accidentally left my mobile charger and when I called the following day, they had it ready for my son to pick it up Room met my expectations. Clean, nice shower, great location courteous front desk bus Q69 stop a block away from hotel which connected to Metro M line in less than 10 min to get you fast to Manhattan.

Cons: the carpet in the hall floor too worn out, I didn't know there was breakfast included TV so-so (not very good resolution) a bit overpriced, I believe due to closeness to New Year's Eve. I just went to NY for work not to spend it at Times Square

Pros: Przyzwoity hotelik, całkiem blisko metra, przystępna cena a warunki - niczego nam nie brakowało. śniadanie wliczone w cenę to kawa, herbata, sok, jogurcik i batonik granola, ale na start dnia niektórym wystarczy. pokoje komfortowe, czyste, w razie niepogody można się na tv zalogować do Netflixa i odpocząć. Bliisko sklepy, duży wybór produktów, spokojna dzielnica w pobliżu wspaniały widok z przystani.
