Solid choice for a cheap month in New York.

Pros: I stayed in this location for over a month. It has a beautiful kitchenette and more than enough beds. It’s a large apartment with some old plumbing and bathrooms. It’s good value for New York but not perfect.

Cons: No elevator. No doorman. The lobby lock to get in each night was temperamental - it’s okay on the first attempt but not fun after35 attempts every night. Neighbours above and below were noisy during the day and night.

Pros: Très bien placé. Confortable. Arrivée bien organisée.

Cons: Le chauffage est très bruyant et souffle de l'air de la purge en permanence qui ne sent pas super bon (heureusement il ne faisait pas très froid). La hotte ne fonctionne pas. C'est au rez-de-chaussée et il n'y a aucune isolation sonore.

Pros: The property is in a safe Upper East Side location, also just near by Q (express)train - super convenient! The studio is clean and spacious with a small kitchen and all the things you need. If you have any questions just text them, they respond quickly.
