Studio w Charming Juliet Balcony in Upper East

Pros: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants. Trader Joe's a couple blocks away so we got snacks. Kitchen was great. kettle for making tea. Subway nearby. Easy to get cabs right outside the door.

Cons: It was noisy in the mornings-lots of honking horns. But it is the city, so to be expected. Bed had a foam topper that was very soft.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price. Good location near restaurants and planned NYC activities.

Great value, very comfortable, well-equipped.

Pros: I stayed for four nights and paid under $1k, so it was an excellent value. The studio is light and spacious. The TV is a Fire TV with all the apps, and it was really easy to cast from my phone. Everything in the kitchen was brand new, and it was well equipped. The Internet was fast and reliable which is important as I was working from the studio during the day. The communication from the company was good. Getting in was easy if you follow the instructions and download the app. And it’s dog friendly!

Cons: The traffic noise is fairly significant. While that is generally true in NYC, 62nd street is at the end of the Queensborough Bridge exit and seems to be a big congestion point. I got used to it quickly and would definitely stay there again, but it was one of the louder blocks I explored. The entryway and hallway aren’t up to the quality of the studio which is not a problem, just don’t judge by the entryway. I was there when the weather was perfect so didn’t have to test out either the air conditioner or the heater.
