Panther Mountain Lodge

Pros: Everything was perfect - the location, the interior, plenty of useful and thoughtful details, and impeccable cleanliness. This was our second stay here (and I’m sure not the last). It’s the perfect place for a getaway from the city and an unforgettable experience surrounded by beautiful nature.

Great little cottage in beautiful upstate New York.

Pros: We loved this property. It was perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Although it’s a simple cottage - we were very happy and comfortable.

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful nature that we would love to return to.

Pros: Daren was very helpful in communicating, we loved how comfortable the property was, and everything was very clean. The heat worked great (very important since we stayed in January). There were many comfortable seating options for us to sit and read and talk and eat. We had a wonderful time.

Pros: The location was great and many nice local trails to hike, but also good base to go to other areas. The decor was very cute and charming. The place was very clean. Pet friendly!

Cons: The daybed was very cute and comfy but kept squeaking with every live and I was afraid it would break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, cozy lodge in a beautiful part of the Catskills!

Pros: Everything was great. Daren took care of us from beginning to end and was available for all the in-between. The comfy, very clean lodge was in a beautiful area and the location worked well for us. We were provided with tasty snacks and oatmeal for breakfast. Daren provided us with helpful tips about the area and was thoughtful about making our stay so welcoming. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Would definitely look to stay at Panther Mountain Lodge when we return to the area if possible.

Pros: There were modest breakfast supplies available to take advantage of including milk, coffee and oatmeal. Very thoughtful.

Cons: Only that the door doesn't latch without locking the full door -we travelled with a pet who would like to explore the surroundings on her own if allowed! Pretty trivial thing to note...

Ideal place for a mountain country setting getaway.

Pros: The owner sent us a message and left the key in the door. Plus he disclosed a secret location outside where a spare key is hidden.

Cons: Tell you the truth, not a thing. The location, next to a bubbling brook with the beautiful sound it makes is very relaxing. The property is not close to any other houses, so it feels like you have the whole place to yourself and is very private. Every detail makes the stay more enjoyable - the front porch, the living area, the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom - everything was very well thought out.

So happy we found this place.

Pros: The location of this property couldn't be better - easy to access and surrounded by nature, serene and calming. The property itself is amazing - super clean, comfortable and so much was put in creating a mountain lodge atmosphere. So many little details that are suttle yet impressive. This property is a rare find.

Cons: Nothing! The bathroom, the kitchen, the bedroom, the family room were al lsuper clean and everything worked exceptionally well.

Pros: So many good things to say about this place. Very cozy and super clean! Pet friendly space where ou can bring your bestfriend🐾 and just very peaceful! The decorations are so beautiful you can say they really did a great job with it! Didn’t want to leave.. And the most unforgettable night in my life happened here, so this house means so much to me. We got engaged! Thank you Daren for a wonderful stay! We will never forget your place as it’s now a big part of our life!! 🥹💍♥️🐾
