Nice place to stay

Pros: Comfortable beds, very quirky, Naomi was friendly , breakfast was different but good.

Cons: No identified dining room, fist come ate in kitchen, or on porch or on first floor landing

Far from center

Pros: Big nice room. Crazy decor everywhere. Nice breakfast. Clean

Cons: Far from center. Opposite hospital with sirens all day . Need pin no. to get in the place + pin no. to open the room door, which I never succeeded. Bed too soft.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Very good fresh food. Linens & bed comfy. Loved the antiques & reading selections.

Cons: Couldn’t figure out how to use press coffee maker but Marci demonstrated. Learned something new.

Very convenient for my purpose. Friendly service.

Pros: Superb location especially if you need to be near Baystate Medical Center, which is directly across the street. Proprietor was friendly and engaging. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and served on time.

Cons: There were three tv remotes. Took a while to figure out which one worked. A very strange selection of tv channels. I only discovered late that I could access Netflix. An enormous wash basin in the bathroom didn't allow for much shelf space. Water pressure at the sink was so powerful that I splashed water all around.

It was fine and if in the area would return.

Pros: It was quaint. Good location. Also , appreciated , the plentiful orange juice as I had a cold.

Cons: For me the electronic lock was difficult. Needed to add a lot of numbers (7or8). Wife had issue with it too. If possible a few less numbers would be helpful.

Christmas Eve at Naomis..From RI!

Pros: Naomi is always a great place. Comfortable, clean, great staff. Been staying there for 10 years, since my Grand Daughter was born across the street. Its always a great place if your in the area!

Cons: Yard needed some care but it was Winter so we get it! The room we stayed in was very HOT! Couldn't open a window.

Cozy, unique, welcoming

Pros: Marci was a wonderful host who welcomed my fiancée and me into Springfield and gave us the rundown of the area, as we were from out of town. She was very matter-of-fact about living in the area, job opportunities, best places to live, etc. She and her family were very welcoming and I enjoyed talking with them for multiple hours. The best part of our stay was the breakfast - divine! Should we return to Springfield we will certainly stay here again.

Cons: No constructive criticism comes to mind.
