Hunter is Beautiful, and this house is well located and suited our basic needs

Pros: The host was very nice and pleasant and allowed us to check in early, the property has great views of the mountains etc so if you are sitting outside its pleasant, except that you are being recorded on a lot of the areas outside the house. The outdoors are very nice

Cons: Very old, not much hot water careful on steps inside and dont bump your head, no a/c but fans are supplied The need to balance security with privacy, the way the security cameras are set up dont allow much privacy on front porch or back deck, the could be installed to just supply security, there is no need for such an angle covering such large areas. the living areas are not very big, Appliances are updated
