Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the house to be very comfortable

Pros: Nice location. Comfortable house. Nice fireplace with plenty of fire wood. Very prompt and communicative owners.

Cons: It may use a little update to the kitchen cutlery. 8 people won’t fit on the sofa when watching TV. Too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient mountainside escape!

Pros: The location was not only convenient to Hunter mountain and town, but the views of the slopes from the deck were stunning. The house was spacious; inside feels more suburban than country, but that wood burning stove and some well-placed accents remind you that you're indeed on a mountain getaway. Temperature was warm and comfortable for a windy, arctic mountain night; kitchen had everything wee needed; plenty of hot water for showers. And OF COURSE, the hot tub! We found it clean, sanitary, and already steaming hot and ready upon arrival to enjoy a relaxing soak.

Cons: Not that the owners can control the weather, but ice was a hazard on the deck, especially on the steps to the hot tub and surrounding area. Driveway was steep, and if we got more than a dusting of snow overnight, might have made for a treacherous (although short) drive up or down.

Amazing vacation home!!!

Pros: Location was awesome, views amazing!! The lodge was super clean and comfortable. The owners were truly amazing people to deal with and were very prompt on getting back to you regarding any matters or issues. Took care of issues immediately. Very caring people! Would truly recommend this place and can't wait to come back next year!!

Cons: Only issue was the noise coming from next door with place next door doing renovations. Alot of sawing, cutting, drilling, and hammering. From early morning til sundown. Nothing we could have controlled. Oh well, we weren't there during daytime as we had things to do around area.
