Good house and great location, needs some updating and cosmetics.

Pros: Ocean front, great views, safe area, convenient to restaurants and highway access, clean house.

Cons: Good house, just a little dated and run down. Could use some TLC to freshen it up.

Lovely short stay on the Long Island Sound!

Pros: The location was perfect. We loved waking up to the view of the Long Island Sound! The bed was very comfortable!

Cons: Without blackout shades, there was little chance to sleep past sunrise...but the sunrise was magnificent!

Pros: The private beach is beautiful! The home has a kayak, water tube, life vests, and beach toys to enjoy. There is even a fire pit to have campfires in the evenings.

Cons: The air conditioning units are up high and difficult to adjust. We were not able to figure out the remotes for these units, and ended up unplugging one, as my elderly mother was too cold in her bedroom.
