Pros: Close to town. It was peaceful in the woods. It had a nice big TV with access to several pay channels. Nice area for entertaining downstairs with the pool table and games.

Cons: Several of the throw rugs were all curled around the edges which could be a tripping hazard. The stove was not clean. One of the bathroom sink faucets was difficult to turn off and so it was constantly dripping.
