Excellent for short stays.

Pros: Due to the traveling I didn't know what day I would be where to crash this is a perfect way to short stay for visitors who cross through CT, NY, NYC. This made sure you have a roof above your head at least I did. Travelled 581miles in 7days. Thanks New Haven and Thanks to this option, I'll be back!

Great value for the price

Pros: It is not much to look at from the outside. nor is it fancy by any means, but it is very well stocked and has everything one might need for a short stay Clear instructions for checkin and checkout.

Cons: One of the towels in the 'fresh towels' bin was wet. No blinds on the windows means you will not be sleeping much after sunrise.

Nicht Hotel, sondern viel besser: ein Zuhause!

Pros: Ruhige Lage. Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Ein Aufenthalt wie ein Einwohner von New Haven. Es war ein Zuhause! Für die günstige Rate ist es völlig OK, die Betten selber zu beziehen. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Pros: Una habitación muy amplia ordenada con climatizacion que siempre se agradece, cama muy cómoda y de buenas dimensiones.

Great stay for the price and it will suffice if you need a place to rest and refresh to explore the city.

Pros: Close to bus line to have quick access downtown. If you’re an adventurer, you can walk about a mile down state street and explore over 20 different restaurants. Instructions were sent via email and it was easy to follow to access the apartment. It was clean and quiet, I liked my room. Bathroom was clean and I felt comfortable showering. I chose a room with no a/c because I wanted to enjoy the cool breeze through the windows. Clean towels and sheets were provided. Microwave and mini fridge were in the room. Tons of outlets for my electronics. The desk was big enough for me to feel comfortable getting work done. When in New Haven I will ONLY stay here for the price and for the convenience.

Cons: I didn’t like that I had to leave so soon. I honestly wanted to stay another day, but due to my schedule I had to check out.

Comfortable and peaceful. Very convenient.

Pros: I liked the design of the house, the organization. The owner took care of every detail to make his guests comfortable. I also liked very much the clear directions he gave to reach the property. Location is great. With many shopping places in the vicinity.

Cons: The stairs were a bit tricky to go up and down with two heavy suitcases. But it worked out in the end.
