Pros: Victor is a great host. The place is clean and comfortable. Good location in Queens. The shared spaces were sufficient for everyone, bathroom and kitchen were always available. In fact, I hardly ever saw anyone. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean!

Pros: It is close to the transports, there is a kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and it’s clean!

Cons: The kitchen could be a bit more furnished. Maybe in winter it could be cold, because the ventilation from outside stays open and you can close it only with a fabric.

Pros: It was just 7 mins walk from the station, so it's very convenient. The bed was very comfy and the flat had everything I needed. Victor helped me a lot and I appreciate it so much.

We lost our first night of accommodation due to our flight being cancelled and Vitor was amazing the whole time, always

Pros: It’s quite easy to find and easy access to Manhattan. Vitor is an amazing person, I got locked out out of the property one night because my friend was drunk and didn’t wake up with me calling and he was super nice even though it was late and made sure I got in. Not many hosts would care or help. Everything is super clean and we even had a balcony. There are 2 bathroom so even though you share with other rooms it’s fine if it’s a short stay. We only had to wait a bit on our last day.

Cons: Only one key provided which is an issue when staying with friends and small cockroach in the bathroom. I’m super scared of then so it was difficult to me. Bear in mind this is not due to not being clean, both bathroom where spotless always so I guess might be a NY thing.

Pros: Everything was great. The room was not that big but it had a llittle balcony and we could enjoy our breakfast there and that made the room feel bigger. Wifi was fast and the room had a smart TV, which helped us during the rainy days. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff to cook, so that was really helpful. The bathroom was in perfect condition and very clean. Victor was a great host, we could see him cleaning a lot and he was very open to help everytime we needed something.Location was good, 30 minutes from Manhattan and the subway was less than 10 minutes walking, I would definitely go again when going back to NY.
