Small but nice. Very functional and perfectly located to reach the rest of the city quickly.

Pros: Very nice location in central queens. Only a few minutes walk to the Roosevelt Av / 74 St-Broadway station were you can board the lines E, F, M, R and 7. The room is very small and fits only the bed. But if you use it just to sleep and spend the days in the city it is perfect value for money! There are two bathrooms which are shared between the occupants of four rooms if I remember correctly. There is also a small kitchen area in the hallway which I only used to make coffee in the morning ;-) The host was super friendly and very helpful. I had some trouble to get my mobile internet to work in the US and could not access the video he prepared to explain everything (normal you do self check-in). So he came in person instead and showed my everything.

Cons: The only annoying thing was a STOP sign next to the window which was flapping in the wind and created a lot of noise. But that is of course not the hosts fault ;-)

Pros: Great staying here! Very convenient, close to the subway. Victor was extremely clear and helpful with the instructions, apartment very clean, I would highly recommend!
