Pros: Great location. Offered exactly what we needed, ie gym, breakfast included and in a good location. Breakfast was decent too

Cons: Bedroom don’t have much storage which I guess was the thing that stood out, but for the price we paid and location, can’t really grumble.

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location

Pros: Great stay – highly recommended The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

Pros: Reasonable room rate in this area. Good location. They offer water, hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate ❤️

Cons: The room is a bit too small. We can’t open two 29” luggage at the same time. Towels are small, too.

Wonderful place to stay in the very heart of Manhattan!

Pros: Very friendly and supportive staff! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea available in the lobby free of charge. No problem with leaving the luggage on the check-out day. Wonderful location! very close to the subway and a few mins walk from Madison Square Garden.

Pros: Tina, Daniel, and Taylor were helping us with everything we needed. They had perfect customer service and made sure we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable. They also helped us find the Kosher food we needed and helped us observe Shabbat. They were so kind to us and we highly recommend the hotel. Everything in the hotel was clean and nice
