Pros: I loved the independence of renting an apartment and living like a New Yorker in the City. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest bedding ever. The facilities were good there was a stove and oven; microwave, coffee machine and all the crockery, glasses , pots and pans you would need for your stay. there were ironing facilities; also a washer and dryer in the corridor, which came in very useful. The shower was very good. The apartment was clean. I also felt that the communications with the team was good considering everything was online. We had never used the Latch app before but it was an easy method of gaining entry into the front door and the apartment but don't go out without your phone. We liked the location which was not far from Central Park and Museum Mile but it was also located in an interesting area with good restaurants, cafes and bars.

Cons: The communication with the team was excellent and any questions we had were immediately answered but I think what could have been even better would be if information either online , that was sent out to guests when they book or have a document in the apartment on the frequently asked questions. This would free staff up from having to be informing guests about simple routines that they may need to know about.
