Great Stay for a Couple or Small Family in the Upper East Side

Pros: We stayed at this apartment during our trip to New York with our two little daughters, and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, in a quiet and safe area of the Upper East Side — perfect for exploring Manhattan. The apartment is modern, very clean, and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, complete set of dishes and utensils, a large fridge, and even some nice courtesy details like coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, quickly answering all our messages and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out until our taxi arrived — which was a huge help. Overall, it’s an excellent option for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-located place in New York City.

Cons: Just a note — the space is ideal for two adults. For a family with two small children it feels a bit tight, and for four adults it would likely be uncomfortable. Also, there’s no dining table or chairs, so meals have to be taken on the sofa bed using the coffee tables.

Pros: Nice and modern apartment in Manhattan with a very close proximity to the center. We liked it a lot, and it had all necessary equipment to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: The apartment was not very quiet, but this is Manhattan, it is expected to be loud everywhere.

Pros: Very clean. There were many towels, blankets and pillows. All the silverware and dishes were clean and did not require a wash or rinse before using. The shower was equipped with conditioner, shampoo and body wash, and there was lotion, too - all of which smelled amazing.

Experiencia de 5 estrellas y recomendable 100%. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro.

Pros: Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, calidad-precio, el personal. Son todos muy amables. Cualquier cosa, te la resuelven al instante. Hemos estado una semana y le damos un 10/10

Cons: Nada. Si tuviera que poner algo que mejorar, que el Extracto de humos de la cocina, absorba más el humo, ya que sí cocinas y haces mucho humo, salta el detector (cosa que está muy bien) Pero por indicar algo. El resto, perfecto!! 👌

Great location, spacious and comfortable. Good place for mid/long stay for solo travelers.

Pros: Great location, I enjoyed taking my breakfast at the Charlotte Cafe around the corner. Very spacious and relatively quiet for a Manhattan apartment. Modern decor and appliances, spacious, and a lot of light. The locks use an app to open, which makes checking in and out very easy. A lot of storage space and a good-sized kitchen, I think it would be great for long stays.

Cons: I wish there were a desk or maybe a small dinner table, to eat and/or work more comfortably. Note that the washer/dryer is in the corridor, so plan to stick around while it's turning.

Pros: Appartamento completo di tutto, pulito, accesso facilitato. Ottima posizione vicino Central Park

Pros: L'emplacement du studio. La qualité de son aménagement. Cuisine salon

Cons: Le confort relatif du canapé lit. Nous étions trois personnes. Et la 3eme personne dormait dans le canapé. Pas très confortable . Dans la salle de bain : Il suffirait de quelques portants pour les serviettes , ce serait parfait

Pros: Property was well maintained, GREAT communication with property owner/liaisons. Seamless in gaining access to property, which is usually a hang-up when entering properties in NYC.

Cons: My ONLY complaint was I wish we had at least 2-3 more coffee pods, or ground coffee on site. That is literally my only wish!

Tres très bien

Pros: Tres bon emplacement, à 5 10 min du métro et à 15 min de central park. Appartement très propre avec une cuisine bien équipée. Grand lit confortable. Réactivité aux questions excellente. Bagage room dans l immeuble pour laisser ses valises avant ou après la location.

Cons: Le lit d appoint (canapé) était peu confortable, surtout pour deux.
