Great little hotel for anyone seeking a base to colore the Catskills

Pros: Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, decorated with taste Location was perfect There was enough space to park all cars Amenities are well maintained We will certainly stay there again

Cons: No independent heat controller. On the second night heating was hiked up and it was way too hot in the room. Our only options would have been to open the window, in the middle of January. Cleaning was fine, but could be better

Pros: The room was beautiful designed! Had everything we needed (fridge, microwave & kettle - these are always a plus)!! The property had so much snow and felt like a winter wonderland! It was also really close to town and near Walmart, food places etc! Perfect location!

Comfortable clean and beautiful area.

Pros: It was newly refurbished either new beds and furniture. Vet comfortable. We had a bigger suite with kitchen and sitting area and another room. It worked really well.

Cons: No onsite person and we didn’t have a phone to call them. Just data. It was a problem as they gave us a code to a room not cleaned however we got it sorted quickly thanks to Michael.

Serene spot to rest and enjoy Catskills.

Pros: Beautiful room, very nice and quiet. We got a chance to view the stars from our room. 15-minute drive to Walmart and local restaurants. How to access the room was communicated via email before our arrival. They also had welcome and thank you notes along with chocolates for us!

Cons: We visited in summer, and there were bugs by the light outside our door, so we had to dash in and out every time. But not a huge issue, the stay is worth it!

Pros: The Willow Pond Motel is a gem. The attention to detail reflects the loving care of its owners. I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area on a lovely summer night.

Stunning and quiet motel with well-equipped rooms

Pros: The motel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings of the motel are quiet and stunning. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. There were some plates and bowls for the food. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were problem free.

Cons: Nothing.
