Luxury Furnished Apartments by Hyatus Downtown at Yale

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment with lovely touches such as toiletries and chocolate. Excellent facilities and lovely staff.

Fabulous apartment in a good location.

Pros: Absolutely stunning. Great location only a 10 min walk to downtown.

Cons: Only downside was the tv in the lounge is in a weird location. Can’t relax to watch it.

Pros: The facilities were so comprehensive, including washing machine, dryer, dish washer and tablets for all these! Loved the coffee machine too and comfy rooms ;)

Cons: I would have preferred mid week cleaning but understand they couldn’t provide complimentary

Luxury apartment, great value for money

Pros: Great modern and cosy apartment with luxurious amenities and facilities. Excellent value for money. When needed necessary repairs were done well, very good service

Cons: It is not really an aparthotel, more like Airbnb. All is handled on-line, no reception or anything. Which is okay, but it read differently on Booking.com. Location is close to centre, but not too great

Pros: It's quiet and comfortable. Amenities are great and you can get free coffee everyday. The room is big and clean. Facilities are great.

Cons: It's not close to the Yale campus but close to Yale shuttle station.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location.

Pros: The apartment is located in a new building. The apartment is very cozy, bright and very clean. The kitchen has all kitchen utensils for cooking. We stayed in this apartment for a week in May 2024. The manager Tatenda was in touch and quickly resolved all issues.

Pros: It was a great appartement to stay. It had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It had a lot of space. It really felt like home and it was decorated really nice. The appartement was also clean and there were toiletries.

Cons: The door was a little difficult to lock from the outside. We did had to try it a few times. You couldn't watch NHL on the tv.

Great staff support; a very nice apartment; good location for daytime walking into centre of town.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. I also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the blackout curtains that made things very quiet at night. The location was quite central - within easy walking distance of the library in which I was working. I enjoyed the little park behind the building. Above all, the staff were extremely responsive - quick to respond to email questions, and very helpful in making accommodations as needed.

Cons: These are relatively small points, but: 1. The clothes washer's spin cycle was not working, leaving clothes soaking wet. 2. There were no drinking glasses - just a lot of cocktail-making equipment that I didn't find very relevant to a working trip. 3. The location of the building was close to the train station and walkable to downtown, but there were no conveniences such as groceries or suitable eateries nearby. This was awkward, especially for a night arrival.

Great stay for me. Self check in worked in fine but relies heavily on availability of internet/phone

Pros: no breakfast, just coffee machine but not expected and ok

Cons: homeless person sleeping opposite the street in the park, which was a coincidence and only one night. Safety of the area may be questionable.

Pros: Great location and good parking. Modern, stylish and very spacious apartment with great facilities. Spotlessly clean 🧽
