Pros: Location was beautiful and quiet; condo was very spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

Pros: Beautiful and well prepared. Nicely updated and quiet area. The town of Wilmington and Dover have some great restaurants! Would definitely book again!

Cons: We didn’t think it through on having a 2 year old and who would be sleeping where. The loft is difficult to maneuver for people with ailments. The elders in our group struggled with the stairs. We are from the south and had to buy a fan for the loft, because it would get a little warm. We understand we came during unpopular time and mud season, which made it difficult.
