Great spot, near town of Guilford, would book again.

Pros: Lovely quiet safe location, short walk to beautiful shoreline. Homely feel, coffee pods and milk provided. Friendly helpful host. Parking spot.

Cons: Host ask us this, could not think of anything. Have now thought hand towel and drying cloth in kitchen would be good.

Pros: This is our second time visiting Guilford, and we chose to book this cute little appartement again because it's so cozy and Sandy is so welcoming and caring! the beach is perfect to relax and enjoy some kayaking. Always a pleasure to be there

A lovely spot for a quiet stay away from the bustle, but within easy driving distance to town.

Pros: The apartment is situated in a beautiful shoreline community. We appreciated the coffee maker, the fridge and the microwave. The bed, dining and seating areas were comfortable. It was easy to have a light meal.

Cons: There was some ambient noise from the residents, but nothing disruptive.

I would fully recommend a stay here for a couple.

Pros: The hostess was very nice and helpful. Very convenient walk to the beach. Very clean, neat, and comfortable.

Cons: From the photos I thought the location would be right on the private beach, but it was close enough. The kitchen supplies were scarce.

Lovely weekend getaway

Pros: The studio apartment is definitely cozy and very well maintained. We only stayed a weekend but had everything we needed for the shirt stay. Has a private entrance and access to their lovely yard and private beach. Driveway parking spot. The bed and sofa were super comfortable (we’ve been sleeping on a 16yr old mattress at home 🥺). Roku TV, free WiFi and snacks provided. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the beach, which is within walking distance, when the weather permits. The hosts get 5 stars! They were super sweet and very hospitable. We hope to come back and go kayaking. We got too much rain this weekend (9/6-9/7).

Friendly Hosts, Clean Accommodations. Will Return For Sure.

Pros: The area was far enough away from the center of town to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to be able to do any activities you would like. And everyone we met while on our daily walks was so friendly. The hosts Sandy and Dan were very friendly and accommodating, with many recommendations of things to do in the area. They even left snacks, cold drinks and coffee for us. Hammonasset Beach is a short 20 minute driver away, but the property allows access to a private beach that is a short nature filled walk away. Sandy and Dan also allow use of their kayaks (if you so choose) as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. One of our most relaxing getaways in a very long time, we didn’t want to leave. And will definitely return.
