Beautiful and comfortable spot to post up when visiting NYC.
Pros: Loved the beds. SUCH nice beds. This building was beautifully rehabbed and modernized. The upstairs living room has the biggest and most accommodating couch maybe ever? Really comfy digs. Also, there's a SpotHero parking garage like four blocks away, so parking was never an issue (as it so often is in NYC).
Cons: We visited NYC during one of the coldest months on record, with temperatures remaining at or below zero for days. The windchill was 20 to 30 below consistently. The building manager was extremely responsive to our requests for additional space heaters and to fix an issue with the hot water heater when it seemed to be struggling (as I suspect was the case with a great many buildings in the city during this week).

Everything was exactly as described, the pictures were accurate and it was an amazing stay. We will stay again for sure
Pros: This property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, the beds were the best. We all had amazing nights rest at the end of the day. Plenty of room for 3 families with kids. They loved the movie room and many nights just crashed there, they were that comfortable! The location was perfect. Just a short walk around the block to the A,B,C, D line that took you straight in.
Cons: Being one of the first guests since the renovation, I loved the fact that owner asked for feedback. Honestly it was just little things like maybe having a toaster for bagels we door dashed in, a shoe rack for your shoes to leave at the front door.. other then that I have no complaints at all! Suggestion, bring some house slippers that you only wear inside so your feet stay warm walking around and not slip in socks. We have stayed all over the city from Airbnb’s in Brooklyn to hotels in Chelsea, midtown and more and this was by far the best!!!! We did have a hard time with three cars and having to move them for street cleaning but we found a spot for 30$ a day or 40$ for oversized a few blocks away at Centerpark.
