Overall I would recommend this place if you’re in group and looking for a comfy budget place to stay.

Pros: Rooms and bedding provided was clean, comfortable. It was overall nice stay. Subway is around 10 mins walking distance. Owner is nice and friendly. He came down to pick us up when we got lost around the block. Was very responsive when I texted.

Cons: Stove was not working but was provided electric stove which took time but did the work. Area at night did not feel safe. Can’t walk alone. Have to climb stairs but reaching the home and comfy bed covers it.
